The Elmvale BIA is an association of business and property owners who work together to support growth and development of local business in the Elmvale area. Our goal is to increase traffic and sales ithrough the co-operation of each and every business. The BIA is an economic driver of main street as well as a social anchor to the community, providing a desiable and exciting place to live, work, and play.

A BIA is built on Ontario’s Past, Provides Shops and Services for the Present and Preserves Ontario’s Past for the Future! BIA include the revitalization and preservation of the downtown through regular maintenance, facade improvement, development programs, special events and promotions and municipal partnership.
