Hapamp Elmvale Limited has been operating since 1974. The President Lorne Ogden has also been with the company since day one. In the mid 1960’s all of the utilities were overhead and the idea of underground burial was slowly implemented, and soon after the company began.

Hapamp is located 20 minutes north of Barrie in the village of Elmvale, we have more than 30 people employed including drillers, large truck operators/drivers, labourers and people with expertise in fusion, utility locating, and evacuator truck operations. We are able to provide service with extensive knowledge and experience to get the job done right and efficiently, and that keeps our customers coming back.
